Masters Oil & Gas Company is an Oklahoma corporation which has been in business since 1981.  Masters has acted as lead oil and gas lease acquisition partner in numerous prospects in Oklahoma.  Recently, Masters acted in this capacity for the Walnut Creek and Upside Down Prospects located in McClain County, Oklahoma for a joint venture including Charter Oak Production Co., LLC, CSW Exploration, LLC, Endico, Inc., and James F. Logsdon. Ultimately, these two prospects were included in a package sold by Charter Oak to BP America Production Company.  Currently, Masters is directing the oil and gas lease acquisition efforts in the Spring Hill portion of the WHECCO Prospect in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, which is an extension of the Woodford-Hunton play currently being aggressively developed by BP America.
